Acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email that your order has been received almost as soon as it is placed. Once payment is received, we will begin building your order and you will be notified. This will signal acceptance of the order and our aim to despatch the products within 5 days will begin from this time. This will then form the contract between Europro Golf Centres Ltd. and you.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled without reason within 7 days of it being placed. Payment will be refunded upon receipt of any goods you have received. Any postage costs incurred by you under this policy will be your responsibility and this does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit and Debit Card Security

Europro Golf Centres Ltd. take the security of this information very seriously. Besides the payments section of our site benefiting from between state of the art 126-bit 256-bit SSL encryption, keeping your information safe when it is transmitted from you to us, we split up your card details so that in the unlikely event that our systems were compromised, the entirety of the information would not be available. It is not possible to secure your details to any extent greater than this. All our staff are carefully vetted with only a small sub set of individuals having access to this information. Every effort is made to ensure that the products that are for sale on this site and represented accurately and honestly. It should be noted however that variations will occur from time to time and that any pictures of products should be taken as a guide. If you feel that you have in any way been misled then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Complaints Procedure

Refund Policy

Merchandise purchased from Europro Golf Centres Ltd. may be returned to our returns department within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for the postage costs except for faulty items.

We will endeavor to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 7 days of placing the order. IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the UK. If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the order. We will replace the goods free of charge including postage, or give a full refund (if preferred) - within 30 days. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund. If insufficiently protected we have the right to refuse the returned item.

If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full, if sent back within 7 days of your receiving the order, but we will charge postage costs.

Shipping Information

Parcels are despatched Monday to Friday, and delivery is within these days (excluding Saturday delivery services which are delivered on Saturday).

DHL will attempt delivery, and if unsuccessful, will leave a calling card informing you of their attempt. Please follow the instructions on the card, or contact us for more help. If you do not respond to the card within 5 working days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for all postage costs. If you have not received a calling card within 5 working days of ordering, you should contact us to avoid the parcel been returned to our warehouse. If you have not contacted us within this time frame, you may be liable for postage. There may be additional postage charges and delays to certain areas including Scottish Highlands - we will notify you of these before dispatch.

Mainland Europe includes mainland France, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic and Holland. If you require shipping to a different country then please contact us first. If there any additional customs duties to pay, the customer assumes full responsibility for them in their entirety.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

From time to time, we may modify our Terms and Conditions. Such modifications will be effective on the date that we post the modified terms and conditions on our website.

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
