How quickly is my order processed?
Because every club is carefully hand assembled according to your personal customised requirements, you should allow 5 working days before the despatch or your purchase. This may be slightly longer in particularly busy periods.
What if I don't like the products you have sent me?
All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, at your cost, for a full refund so long as the items are unused and undamaged.
What if an item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Are your products guarenteed?
Of course. All our products come with a 1 year guarentee, during which time we will repair or replace the item so long as the problem is related to craftsmanship

We are indeed open to the public and have a shop in Gloucester which you are welcome to look around.
